Packaging designed to contain kiwifruit, arising from an ongoing collaboration with Zespri KIWI Fruit.

Structure

Packaging with the classic “tuck top” shape with reinforcing inserts and flaps, incorporated into the structure to give greater resistance, in particular against crushing, whilst guaranteeing increased stability of the entire pallet.

Advantages

The integrated lid ensures a uniform support surface between the various layers and attenuates the stresses that cause the base of the crate to bend.

These cases allow the product to be packaged in a horizontal position, in one or more layers. The packaging is put together in our assembly centres or packaged directly by the client with automated lines to glue the tops to the sides of the packaging along with the addition of the four “ESA NO CRUSH” inserts.
